EMISSION SPECTRUM OF THERMOREACTORS TRANSMITTER

This exothermic catalytic combustion is characterized by a cumulating of particularly interesting specific properties:

  • The infrared emission spectrum spreads over a wide range of 2 to 10 microns which is exactly the absorption wave length of the paint. A high efficiency energy transfer is the result of this concordance.

  • Very fine tuning can be achieved by the flexibility of the regulation.

  • Its capacity to destroy organic solvents by flameless oxidation rates, Catalytic infrared radiation is among the clean technologies and authorizes its use in paint shops.

  • Its thermal efficiency is very high.

  • The low combustion temperature does not release any toxic by products (no carbon monoxide nor nitrous oxide).

  • As a component to the infrared energy forced convection, hot air is produced by the oxygenation air.

This correspondence of spectrum is essential. It is the origin of the excellent energetic transfer and of the electromagnetic resonance that accelerates the polymerization process.
